- Frisco Station, valued at $1.7 billion, is a mixed use development spreading across 242 acres. It is being planned for retail and office use, restaurant as well as industrial space.
- The Gate, valued at $700 million, would involve developing about 4 million square feet of office space, 2,400 multifamily residential units, 250 hotel rooms, 73 single family homes, around 200,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 415,000 square feet dedicated for medical office space.
- Wade Park, valued at $2 billion, is again a mixed use real estate development spreading across 175 acres. There would be around 600,000 square feet dedicated to retail space, around 6 million square feet for office space, 1,300 residential homes, around 500 hotel rooms and the project has already signed up Whole Foods, Pinstripes and iPic Theatre among others as its tenants.
